We believe Personal Training is the most effective way of achieving your fitness goals and sticking to an exercise regime. This is because programmes are specifically designed for an individual and are regularly revised as we monitor your progress.

What can a FITNESS 4U Personal Trainer do for you?

Whether you are looking for weight loss, weight gain, strength conditioning, body toning, injury rehabilitation, general fitness or nutritional advice, our trainer will design a bespoke training programme to cater for your personal needs.

We will help you to set and achieve specific personal goals, which will be reviewed and discussed regularly so you always have a reason for exercising.

Your Personal Trainer will advise you on nutrition and weight management, and if you need guidance, will monitor your eating habits in order for you to gain the most benefit from your training.

You will have regular health and lifestyle assessments to monitor progress which enables us to accurately prescribe exercise intensity.

Your Personal Trainer will put fun, variety and structure back into your exercise regime so there will be no chance of you getting bored!

What will happen when you contact FITNESS 4U?
Our Personal Trainer will contact you to arrange a free initial consultation, at which you will complete a pre exercise and lifestyle questionnaire. During this meeting, together you will discuss and outline the type of goals you wish to achieve from your exercise programme, and from there draw up short, medium and long term goals. This will then be monitored and altered accordingly as you progress through your exercise regime.
Your Personal Trainer will also carry out a number of health and lifestyle assessments, which will include:
- Height
- Weight
- Blood Pressure/Resting Heart Rate
- Body Mass Index Rating
- Fat Percentage
The results of these assessments will allow your Personal Trainer to create a safe, effective and highly motivational bespoke training programme tailored completely around the goals you have outlined.

10 sessions pre-paid (1 hour) - £250 (save £30)

Want to train with a friend rather than on your own?
Not a problem ... as long as you are both of similar fitness levels and wanting similar goals our Personal Trainer will work with you for 1 hour - Total price £45.00 (10 sessions pre-paid £400.00)
Or for 2-4 people why not try a small group fitness session - Group price £45.00 (10 sessions pre-paid £400.00)

Gym sessions will take place at Barrow Sports and Fitness Centre.

Small group fitness sessions apply to home sessions (or a venue can be arranged for a small fee).

Prices detailed are for sessions held within a ten mile radius of Scunthorpe or Barrow upon Humber. Trainers will travel further but additional costs to cover travel time and travel expenses may apply.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate.
