ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING, so wherever you are in the UK you can experience the knowledge and expertise of our FITNESS 4U ONLINE Personal Trainer.
We believe Personal Training is the most effective way of achieving your fitness goals and sticking to an exercise regime. This is because programmes are specifically designed for an individual and are regularly revised as we monitor your progress.
What will happen when you contact FITNESS 4U?
Our Personal Trainer will contact you to arrange a free initial consultation, at which you will complete a pre exercise and lifestyle questionnaire. During this meeting, together you will discuss and outline the type of goals you wish to achieve from your exercise programme, and from there draw up short, medium and long term goals. This will then be monitored and altered accordingly as you progress through your exercise regime.
Your Personal Trainer will also carry out a number of health and fitness tests (nothing too strenuous), which will include:
- Height
- Weight
- Blood Pressure/Resting Heart Rate
- Body Mass Index Rating
The results of these tests will allow your Personal Trainer to create a safe, effective and highly motivational bespoke training programme tailored completely around the goals you have outlined.
