I feel sure Emma was born for this job! She has an energy and drive that cannot fail to get everyone joining in and giving their all in every class. Emma’s qualifications and training enable her to get the best out of everyone, whilst her knowledge and enthusiasm keep sessions fresh and challenging. I never thought when I started Emma’s aerobics class 2 years later that I would still be attending. Somehow she manages to keep the interest going for me. She has made me realise how unfit I was but just has the knack of knowing how far to push you. So anyone who thinks they are not able to do an exercise class, take a tip from me-try Emma’s! I do 2 classes a week and would do more if I could. I am 55, so your age does not matter. So come along and enjoy yourself and get fit at the same time!

I have attended Emma's classes now for over two years and thoroughly enjoy them. Emma is very enthusiastic, creating a very friendly class atmosphere. She explains every exercise and what muscles we are working on, also if anyone has an injury she will give that person an alternative exercise to do. I always leave feeling I have exercised all of my muscles.

I have regularly attended 2 of Emma’s classes per week for almost two
and a half years and am now fitter and stronger than I have ever been in
my life! In the past, I have tried lots of different kinds of exercise
but have never enjoyed them or felt motivated enough to persevere long
enough to get results.
I can honestly say though, that I really look
forward to my classes so much that I have recently signed up for 2 more
and am now doing 4 a week! I think the 2 main reasons I love my classes
so much is that they give you fantastic results and they are FUN!
Don't get me wrong, they are challenging and we all work very hard but we do
also have a great laugh at the same time. All our workouts have lots of
variety and Emma motivates us to push ourselves enough so we are always
left feeling like we have achieved something.
She is very professional
and always ensures that everyone works to the pace that is right for
them. So, what ever your fitness level, if you are thinking about
joining any of Emma’s classes, go for it! I can't recommend them enough!!

I can’t recommend Emma highly enough as a Personal Trainer. In the 20 months since she started my programme I have lost nearly 2 stone in weight and have never been fitter. I am just sorry that it took me until my late forties to feel so healthy and gain so much energy. Emma made it happen, and for that I am very grateful.
